The first edition of the Hartshill and Harpfields Handbookproduced by Hartshill and Harpfields Residents’ Association was published in booklet form in 2013. This is an electronic update.The Residents’ Association covers around 3,000 households on 85 streets and blocks of flats in the area between Stoke and Newcastle. Working with the community for the benefit of the community the aims of the Association are to make Hartshill and Harpfields a cleaner, greener, safer, healthier, more prosperous, more attractive and more neighbourly place.
