Set Up and Take Down

We particularly need help for Set Up on Tues 13 and Weds 14. For these days plus Take-Down on Sun 18 and Mon 19 free beer and a meal will be provided. If you volunteer to help with Set Up and Take Down please come suitably dressed with safety shoes and gloves (we will provide them if needed). Note your shoe size above so we can supply safety shoes – trainers don’t mix with scaffolding and heavy bar counters. Thursday, Friday and Saturday Set Up are to prepare for opening and safety clothing is not required. Beer and food on these days will be discounted in accordance with opening time arrangements.

Staff Allowances and Outing

Discount beer and food will be available for staff during the Festival. Provided the Festival is a success – it has been in previous years – it is intended that there will be a Staff Outing at a later date to a suitable venue.
