  • The feature of appointment scheduling for rehab OPD & IPD through Software has been made functional successfully.
  • This has not only saved lot of time but also streamlined the patient-therapist system.

FTP SERVER STORAGE / With the introduction of FTP account on server, users are issued an FTP account on they can keep their data secure on the cloud.

TCS (Tax collected at Source) from patients made successfully functional, as per the Govt. rule of June, 2016 for charging 1% TCS cash payment of Rs.2 lac and more.
Networking / installation of system in the newly commenced OT Daycare ward has been done.
A process of Implant Entry / Cross checking has been made to charge implants soon after the surgery.
Implants entries are also checked by IT Deptt with a okey message posting for International patients also.
Implementation of feature of “No dues” messages from respective service departments to Billing Module before discharge by respective department.
One Entry of diet consultation for all patients made mandatory on the day of admission.

1) / ISIC Website revamping - Revamped.. on hold due to cash currency crisis, as more patients are making online payments through payment gateway integrated with website. Re-integration of payment gateway with new website will take minimum two days time, i.e. no online payment feature will be down switching of payment gateway from one website to another.
Lab / Radiology Equipment Interfacing with HMS –
  • Ready to be launched in a day or two… was on hold due to NABH and conference.
  • More Barcode printers are also procured for interfacing in Lab

Tariff Revision /
  • Comparative study was done for revising tariff at par.
  • Tariff Revised to approx 10%.
  • After revision of Tariff in Software, tariff exported into Excel for crosschecking / coding and printing of tariff books.
  • Tariff books distributed to all TPAs and internally circulated to all Departments.
  • As and when approved from TAPs/ Corporate Clients, entered/updated in software for billing accordingly.

Re-cabling of networking of X-ray Deptt. for New X-ray Machine.

Audio visual support for Conferences, Seminars, Events, CMEs, Classes on regular basis organized by ISIC, along-with weekly classes of Rheumatology Deptt.
