The Europa Hotel Rules and Regulations

Dear guest of the Europa Hotel!
Please take the time to review these guidelines.

1. Room rates are charged according to their location, size and type. We recommend reviewing our room rates before you check in. The information about price and additional services is available at the reception area (on the 1st floor in the hall).

2.Administration provides the guest with an opportunity to stay at the hotel through the end of the paid period only. If you want to prolong your stay in the hotel, please inform the receptionist no later than 2 hours before the end of the accommodation period. If there is a confirmed reservation for the room required by third parties, the guest may be provided with another room (if available).

3. Room reservation is free of charge. If the guest does not check in by 12:00 a.m. local time without a notice about the delay, the reservation is canceled.

4.Payment for accommodation and services provided by the hotel can be made in rubles in cash, via bank transfer or credit card.

5.Full prepayment for hotel accommodation is required.

6.When paying your accommodation fee via bank transfer, please ensure that the funds are allocated to the hotel account prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, the guest will not be allowed to occupy the room.

7.During check-in the hotel receptionist prepares a bill and a cash register receipt and gives them to the guest. If the payment was made via bank transfer, the receptionist gives a guest an invoice and an act of services rendered.

8.Checkout time in the hotel is 12:00 p.m. (local time in Khabarovsk). In case of delayed check-out, the fee is charged according to the following rates:

  • late check-out from 12:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. – payment is per hour;
  • late check-out from 6:00 p.m. till 12:00 a.m. – payment is 50% of the room rate;
  • late check-out after 12:00 a.m. - payment is 100% of the room rate.

9.Please make full payment for all services provided and hand in the key card when checking out.

10.No payment is charged for the accommodation of a child under 7 years in case of sharing room with adults.

11.To be eligible for hotel accommodation please show your valid identity documents:

  • your passport or one of the following documents:
  • police verification report in case of the lost passport;
  • military ID (for conscripts);
  • driver's license;
  • birth certificates for children under 14.

12.If you are a foreign citizen or a stateless person please show the receptionist your passport, visa, migration card and passenger ticket.

13.Registration in the hotel takes 5-8 minutes.

14.Please take good care of the hotel property and equipment, keep the rooms clean and tidy. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of lost or damaged hotel property according to the approved pricelist and property damage report issued by the administrator.

15.Please do not use your own electrical appliances and do not cook food in the room.

16.The Europa restaurant and bar services are paid at the cash desk of the restaurant and bar.

17.In case of early departure you can order the “lunch box” breakfast by phone (please dial “0”) or contact the hotel receptionist directly (but not later than 8 p.m.)

18.Unauthorized persons are not allowed to visit accommodation facilities without notifying the administration. In case you want to invite someone to your room, please inform the receptionist and show him your visitor’s identity document. The visitor can stay in your room for no more than 5 hours; if the visitor stays in the room for more than 5 hours, please register him and pay for his accommodation.

19. Intoxicated persons are not allowed to stay in the hotel.

20.When leaving the room, please do the following: turn off the taps in the bathroom, close the windows, turn off the lights, and lock the door.

21.Please do not:

  • leave unauthorized persons in the room unattended and do not give them the key card;
  • take the key card away from the hotel. Please, hand in the key card to the receptionist in exchange for a guest card. In case of losing the key card, a 500 rubles fine is imposed.
  • store bulky items, flammable materials and objects or firearms in the room;
  • use heaters;
  • rearrange furniture in the rooms;
  • disturb other hotel guests;
  • leave valuables in the room while you are out. Please, deposit them to the hotel reception safe.

22.The hotel is not responsible for the loss of belongings or valuables that were not deposited to the safe.

23.You can take advantage of the hotel laundry service. Please fill out a laundry list indicating which items you would like to be washed or ironed.

24.Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms. In the case of noncompliance with the rule, a 500 rubles fine will be imposed. Guests may smoke in a specially designated smoking area located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

25.Please leave your pets at home. No pets of any kind are allowed in the hotel.

26.Please call a receptionist 15 minutes ahead of your check-out. Room inspection at check-out takes 10 minutes.

27.The guestbook is available at the reception desk (on the 1st floor in the hall).

28.The guest is aware of and does not object to the fact of using video surveillance systems in public places.

29.The hotel is not responsible for the operation of the city utilities (power outage, suspension of water supply).

30.These Rules and Regulations govern the relationship between Nord LLC and the guests - citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, legal entities, or stateless persons – during the accommodation period.

31.In case the hotel violates the Rules and Regulations, the guest’s rights are protected according to the procedure established by the current legislation.
