A custom table is used wherein mapping between the Legacy code and SAP code is done alongwith the profit center to be used for posting the document . Based on this mapping the document will be posted in SAP .The authorization to maintain this table will be given to the MDM Team

Below are the fields available in the custom Table

Ø  Legacy Account Number

Ø  System

Ø  Account Type

Ø  SAP Account Number

Ø  Profit Center

·  Legacy Account Number

The Account code used in Legacy system will be maintain here .

·  System

The Revenue system like CDR , GSM ,Leaded Circuits are maintained here

·  Account Type

Use below keys to define different Account type

S : GL Account

K : Vendor Account

D : Customer Account

·  SAP A/ C Number

SAP GL Account against which document should be posted is maintained here . Based on the this mapping the document will be posted in SAP

·  Profit Center

The Line of Business against which the document will be posted in SAP has to be maintain here . This is mapped against the Legacy Account number and SAP GL Account

Checks maintain in Table Maintenance

1)  Two different SAP GL Accounts can be maintain against the same legacy GL Account provided both are mapped against the different Revenue system .

Example : Legacy GL 1110101 mapped against two different SAP GL Account for two different revenue system CDR and GSM

2)  Same legacy GL code cannot be mapped against two different profit center if Revenue system is same .

Example : Legacy GL 1110101 mapped against Profit center 10000 for CDR posting . Now maintaining same against the profit center 20000 , gives below error and same is not allowed
