- That the Governor in consideration of a sum of Rs……………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………(Rs………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….)to be paid by the purchaser, as here in after provided, hereby sells to the purchaser subject to the conditions here in after appearing the following trees marked for the felling are in the area of Ranjit Sagar Dam Colony,Shahpurkandi T/Ship.

- That the purchasher agrees to accept the measurement, classification and volume and other calculations in regard to the aforesaid trees.
- That the Purchaser shall not be entitled to transfer his right and liabilities under this indent without the prior sanction in writing of the authority sanctioning the contact.
- That the Government does not hold himself responsible for the soundness of any trees and will not give other tree in exchange of sound or unsound ones and does not guarantee the correctness of the list in clause 2 of this indenture.
- That the bidder will not employee any labour employed by the Govt.or their contractor on the department work.
- That it is admitted all the trees has been by the bidder at site before giving the bid.
- That the time limit of contract will be 150 days (Five month) from the date of signing of this agreement. In the event contactor is unable to complete the work of cutting of trees with in the prescribed period then he may apply for extension of period specifying the appropriate reasons by depositing Rs 1000 per day @ No. of days for which this extension of period has been applied for and if the Department satisfies with the reasons specified the extension of period may be allowed otherwise the remaining trees will be treated as the property of the Department.
- That in the event of fire breaking out in the area in which he is carrying out his operation from any cause whatsoever, the purchaser, his agents and servants employed on such operation who are present shall at once proceed to the scene of fire and shall do their best to help in extinguishing the fire without any liability for payment on the Government for such service.
- That the bidder, his agents or workers will not be permitted to burn fire or smoke in the vicinity. If because of negligence of any of the above the area catches fire then bidder will be held responsible for any sought of natural or unnatural loss.
- That the bidder will do the work as per the rules and directions of the Executive Engineer, Township Division No.I, RSD-Shahpurkandi Township.
- That the successful bidder has to pay taxes what so ever as per rules and regulations of the Department in the form of Bank Draft on the name of respective Departments and deposit the same in the office of undersigned.
