Kabboord’s Martial Arts School strives to help people discover their personal power and believes in the importance of family unity, civic engagement and empowerment. For these reasons, our family established “Crystal’s Day” over 13 years ago – in celebration of our precious daughter who inherited her angel wings after passing from childhood cancer.

The enormous sense of fear that comes with the responsibility of caring and protecting a child with cancer was overwhelming. However, we were provided with the comfort and supportso critically needed from a non-profit organization that assists children diagnosed with cancer and their families through offering emotional support and financial assistance –known to our community as Candlelighters. Now 13 years later, we are honored to present the 2015 Crystal’s Day event to benefit Candlelighters of Brevard.

The entire community is invited to join us for this family fun event experience to be held on Saturday, October 24th at Gleason Park.

This year’s event promises to be unlike any Crystal’s Day celebrationhosted to date – with a new theme of ‘fall festival’ fully equipped with a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, custom contests, car show, etc. All your favorite event elements will still be incorporated with Sheriff escorted motorcycle ride, games, vendors, butterfly release and more.
