- Goto URL:
- Click on Online Admission Student Information System
- Click on Academic Year of admission you are going to update
- Click on Course Name
- A College List will appears for the above selected course
- If you click on College Name an html report of particular college will appear
- Click on Login Icon which appears on the row where your college name appears
- Login Screen :Asks you to enter User Id & Password for your college
Note : You will get the User ID & Password to you by sending an email to the University by giving College Name, Principal Name, Principal Mobile No. and Principal email. After verification of these details the University will send the User ID & Password to Principal email.

- Main Screen : A Main Screen will appear after you successfully logged in
There are three modules that college has to fill
- Permission Detail – Only one detail can be enter (you can add/edit only one record)
- Sanction Detail – Can enter many Course as well as you can edit any Course detail after the Course addition
- Student Detail – Can enter No. of Students for a Course which is already entered in Sanction Detail and can also edit entered Student Detail
The main screen has two panels. First panel shows your College Name, Three modules link, Report Button, Refresh Button and Logout Button
- Report Button shows the report in pdf format for the college data which is already entered
- Refresh button refreshes the main screen
- Logout button logout from the college
In the Second panel you can Add/Edit the details of all the three modules
Note : The Status will appear in red color at the bottom of the main screen immediately after clicking on the button
Permission details Add :
* The data shown in this picture is for example purpose only.
To enter permission detail you have to click on Permission details – Add link in the first panel
In the second left panel you can enter permission detail and click on Save button to save the detail
Permission details Edit:

Here you can edit the permission detail by clicking on Permission details – Edit link in the first panel
Sanction detail Add :
* The data shown in this picture is for example purpose only.
- You can add any number of sanctioned courses detail continuously here
- Shows already entered course. If you want to edit these courses select any one course from the combo box and click on edit button
Sanction detailEdit :

- Shows the editing course detail. Here you can change the course detail and save
- Shows already entered course. If you want to edit these courses select any one course from the combo box and click on edit button
Student detail Add :

- You can add any number of student detail continuously here
- Shows already entered students. If you want to edit these student detail select any one student name from the combo box and click on edit button

Function of Buttons appears on the screen
- Logout – Logout from the college
- Refresh – Refresh the main screen
- Report – Shows the details of entered data of particular college in pdf format
- Clear – Clears all the fields
- Add – Will add new record
- Save – Saves the editing detail
- Delete – Delete the editing record
- Edit – Shows the details of editing course/student
- Browse – Shows a window to select a photo for editing student detail
- Upload photo – Attaches a photo for the student
