/ The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted by all members present.

ATSC Vice President / Absent. President, John Morris, noted to please be sure to get the Polar Blast sponsorships in as soon as possible. The event takes place February 8th, 9th and 10th.

Trail Master-South / It’s raining! No report. President Morris noted that all trails had been groomed before the rain started. We will have a good base when the trails freeze back up. All we need now is more snow!

Membership Chair / Absent. President Morris reminded the group of the ongoing local businesses competition for club memberships.
-Business winner: will receive a trophy showing the most memberships sold, and will also hold the ATSC’ state’s largest club trophy to display for one year at the business location.
-Individual: will receive gift certificates to local businesses.

  • Sled raffle tickets are still available for purchase at local businesses. The cost is $100/ticket. Please see Katie Scribner if anybody would like to help sell some tickets.
  • Calendar Raffle: Sandy Lamontagne with Tea Pond Lodge and Cabins gave a progress update. Approximately 1,400 raffles have been sold to date, leaving 600 remaining to sell. If anybody would like to help sell more raffles, please see Sandy. Winners will be drawn daily during the month of February.
  • Drawing for the cash raffle will take place tomorrow night at 7:00pm at Trail’s End.
  • The club sign for Quill Hill is in place.
  • A new Dubie drag/groomer has been ordered and should be in late February. We will be the first on the east coast to have this type of machine.
  • Items are needed for the upcoming annual club auction. The event will be held on February 17th, at the Stratton Plaza, 7:00pm.

Meeting Adjourned / The meeting was motioned to be adjourned @ 5:10pm by all members present. The next meeting will be held on February 9th at 5:00pm at The White Wolf.
