Thank you for being kind enough to agree to share our free discount prescription card with your communities. We want to work with you in reaching out to those who need help with the high cost of their prescription drugs.

We are an outreach program sponsored by National Benefit Builders, Inc., which has been in business since 1994 and holds the highest rating with the Better Business Bureau. We provide FREE discount prescription cards to anyone who can use help paying for their prescription medications. This includes all FDA approved medications. Since January 2012, we have saved our cardholders over 600 million dollars. Program details include:

· The card is FREE, active and ready to use;

· Provides an average savings of 15% for brand medications and 55% for generic medications;

· Can be used at 80% of national pharmacies and many independent pharmacies;

· It never expires;

· No application necessary and because we do not collect names or other personal information from our cardholders, we do not distribute or sell cardholder information to outside sources;

· One card can be used by an entire household;

· Provides an online drug lookup and pharmacy locator for comparison shopping;

· Covers all FDA-approved medications and many Lifestyle medications, such as erectile dysfunction, obesity, infertility, etc.;

· Can be used for medications not covered under your formulary;

· Can be used in the Medicare Part D coverage gap (donut hole).

The recommended distribution of our cards is to give them to patients each time they are given a prescription. You should keep a 2-3 month’s supply on hand.
