Each section of the report is to be separated by one line

Date - The date on which the experiment was performed. (This will be written at the top right of the first page of the lab. Write the date using the standard international format: day, month, year (i.e. 29.08.2011)

Title - The title is placed at the center, on the top of the first page of the report, and the first letter of each word is to be capitalized.

Lab Partner(s) - List the person or people with whom you worked on this lab (first and last names.

Objective(s) -The objective(s) is stated in a short bullets explaining the purpose of the experiment.

Materials -List all important materials used in the experiment.

Precautions/Safety - All specific/necessary measures needed for safety andsuccess of the experiment.

Procedure -This will be a step-by-step explanation of what was done in the experiment. The detail must be clear enough for anyperson to follow and conduct the experiment. This is to be written in bulleted format (the bullets may be numbered).

Data - Present the observations. This includes charts and/or tables.

Analysis - Calculations, graphs and any labeled diagrams are to be in this section.

Conclusion - end of laboratory questions answered.

Potential Errors - Include a list of at least three (3) possible errors that could have occurred during the lab to cause problems and their effects on the results.

Actual Errors - Include a list of ALL errors that occurred in the lab. Points are NOT deducted for listing these mistakes. They are merely things that actually occurred during the lab.
