The two-part selection process includes the application and completing a personal interview. You will receive a phone call to set up a time for the interview.

About the Application

The application itself is used only as a guide to provide the interviewers with information about you and your interests. The number of activities, clubs, etc. in which you are involved, has no bearing on whether or not you are selected. Applications are due back by May 29th.

Notice of Understanding

In order to insure student and parental knowledge, understanding and support of the responsibilities of being chosen as an Apple Harvest Festival Hostess, applicants and parents are asked to read and authorize the following:

Apple Harvest Festival Hostesses are working on a committee dedicated to the promotion and public relations of the event. You must be able to work on a team. You must also be able to attend all mandatory events listed on the attached schedule without exception. Other events, both before and during the festival, will be scheduled according to need.

We acknowledge that we need to attend the attached scheduled events, especially the mandatory events. We are aware of these responsibilities entailed with being chosen as a Hostess and agree to support and fulfill all necessary obligations as outlined in this Apple Harvest Festival Hostess Information Guide.
