Handmade in Britain, the master craftsmen honed the skills of taking the richest pickings, carefully and slowly cooking them by hand to create truly memorable wholesome accompaniments. Natural and organic ingredients, sourced where possible locally, are then combined with hand ground whole seeds & spices.
Naturally Sweet Onion Marmalade: Slices of naturally sweet onion have been slowly and gently cooked in small batches with gently matured Suffolk cider vinegar and raw cane sugar, to create a rich caramelized onion marmalade that is exquisitely smooth and temptingly tasty. Wonderful in sandwiches, a delicious accompaniment at the side of your plate, or try a dollop incorporated into casseroles for that extra zing.
Tremendously Tasty Farmhouse Pickle: Organic fresh root vegetables from Gloucestershire are carefully diced and blended by hand with sweet dates selected aromatic spices, and a mature cider vinegar from Suffolk. Delicious baked inside a mushroom quiche – spread a layer of chutney over the pastry case before pouring in your filling and baking it off – Mushroom Quiche has never tasted so good!
Rich & Spicy Tomato Chutney:Sun ripened and flavourful tomatoes have been slowly and gently cooked in small batches before being carefully blended with British apples, cider vinegar from Suffolk and aromatic spices for a rich flavour. It’s the perfect partner to a fine English Cheddar & some crisp oat cakes.
Fine & Fruity Brown Sauce: with cider vinegar from Suffolk, hand selected spices and rich molasses. It’s made in small batches and cooked very slowly to allow the robust richly flavoured brown sauce to develop. An irresistible accompaniment to virtually every meal & sandwich!
Tangy & Tasty Tomato Ketchup: Lusciously tasty rich tomato ketchup, with cider vinegar and spices. It’s made in batches and cooked very slowly and gently to preserve the divine tomatoes. The result is the finest, fullest flavoured Ketchup. One to relish!
