It has been brought to my attention there are members who are not aware of some basic rules about the clubhouse. Painted Hills is a members-only community. To protect what we have and to keep a safe & happy environment for all to enjoy, rules are in place. The clubhouse is not just governed by the Painted Hills Member Handbook; there are Excise and Board of Health laws we must abide by.
Each of the rules below is not new. They are not Gallagher’s Lakeside rules. All of us bear the responsibility of knowing and following the rules and notifying a board member or Gallagher’s staff if there is an issue.
Please make a conscious effort to carry your Membership card and Driver’s License with you since Gallagher’s Lakeside will be asking for it if they do not recognize you or know you to be a member in good standing. If a clubhouse patron claims they are a member because they are now “living with a member”, they must provide a valid Driver’s License showing proof that they do, indeed, live at the same address as the member.
Again, this is meant to be a refresher for all. Please don’t take offense with Gallagher’s Lakeside as they bear the burden of policing these rules and laws and are one of our newest neighbors as well. With all the wonderful traffic I’m seeing at the clubhouse, even for us old-timers, it’s hard to know who is new, who’s a guest, who’s just coming to the clubhouse for the first time, etc. I can only imagine the confusion it is causing for our new clubhouse managers and staff who are coming up on their first 90 day anniversary! It’s been a fantastic, busy summer for Painted Hills and its amenities!

CLUBHOUSE RULE REFRESHER
1)Members in good standing and their guest(s) are welcome at the clubhouse.
2)Members must accompany their guest(s) at all times.
3)Members must sign-in each guest, individually, at the clubhouse upon entering and remain at the clubhouse while their guests are present. You will find the sign-in book at the orange podium by the main entrance.
4)No one under 21 is allowed at the bar or in the area of the wood floor. Those under 21 are allowed at the new stand-up bar on the carpeted side only.
5)Wet bathing suits are allowed at the pool, on the deck or the downstairs bathrooms only.
6)No shirt, no shoes, no service.
7)No children are allowed at the clubhouse after 10pm.
8)Members are allowed to run a tab for the time they are at the clubhouse; however, the tab must be paid in full before leaving.
9)Last call means last call.
10)Alcoholic beverages can be purchased BY A MEMBER ONLY! for themselves or their guest(s).Guests are prohibited from purchasing alcoholic beverages. Guests are allowed to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages ONLY.
11)No one under 21 is allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
12)Unless purchased at the bar/restaurant, food and beverage is not allowed to be brought into the clubhouse or the back deck dining area. Downstairs rentals are not allowed to have alcohol if the bar is operating upstairs.
13) The door leading to the bathrooms downstairs must remain closed & locked during pool hours.
14) The bathrooms are your bathrooms. If you make a mess, clean it up. If special attention is needed, please let Gallagher’s Lakeside or the office know immediately.
