Q:

In the RFPs issued, there is a website link listed that is supposed to note the due date for all RFPs. However, when I clicked on the link, the page was not found. Would you be able to provide me with the due date for all RFPs?

A:

We apologize for the incorrect reference to our website in the RFP. We have changed our website and thought we had also changed the references in the RFP (but apparently not). The website is

Currently our deadline is 11:59 p.m. on January 8, 2017, so there is still plenty of time.

Q:

In reference to form 470 numbered 170050687, will you please clarify if the voice services are POTS, Centrex, standalone SIP or a complete hosted VoIP Solution: In reference to Form 470 numbered 170050687, please provide all service addresses in order to get accurate pricing on the requested services.

I don’t see POTS specifically mentioned in the RFP. Am I missing that detail?

A:

Our only phone need for the coming year is for POTS lines, which are already existing. Therefore, there is no RFP. However, for the 471, there must be an "establishing 470" in which we state we are needing each item. That is why we must include the reference to POTS in the 470 even though there is no contract and we already have the lines.

Q:

In order to submit a competitive bid I will need the following: 1. Will you please clarify if the voice services are POTS, Centrex, standalone SIP or a complete hosted VoIP solution? 2. Please provide all service addresses in order to get accurate pricing on the requested services.

A:

Did you not get the email I sent yesterday stating that the only phone service we need is POTS? Do you need the addresses for POTS?

Q:

Yes I did, thank you. In order to come up with the best price for your bid, we need to know the service addresses and main phone number for each location. I can sometimes get that from the NCES website but it’s not always complete or accurate. I found the 11 locations below , but the 470 says there should be 13. Can you help in this regard?

A:

We will have a document on our website soon that lists the campus locationsand will also listthe main FAX number at each location. The majorityof our phones are on a hosted VoIP system; the POTS that we have are onlya veryfew FAX lines, alarm lines and any elevator lines at each campus.

The website should be updated by the end of the day today or in the morning.

A:

I stated earlier that our only phone need was for POTS. That is not exactly correct, since we did put out an RFP for cell phone service. The only wiredphoneservice we need is for POTS. Also, the website is
