- Gross household income must be triple the monthly rent or have section 8 Housing Choice voucher in hand
- Felonies will be reviewed case by case
- Misdemeanors will be reviewed case by case
- No evictions filed within 5 years
- No utilities in collections
- No more than 10 delinquent credit accounts (excluding medical and student loans)
- Maximum income limits vary by unit. See range of maximum income limits below:
