Technical Requirements

All Artists MUSTprovide a detailed stage plan that reflects the layout illustrated below.

Your stage plan must include the following details:

  • Stage Layout
  • Stage area required (Minimum and preferred)
  • Specific surface (if required)
  • Production requirements - audio / lighting / backline
  • Set-up time required
  • Sound check / rehearsal time required
  • Location of quick change area (if required)

Note: Should the event be more than 2 hours from Perth or require air travel, we will always ask our clients to provide overnight accommodation and meals.

Marketing / Promotional Material

To assist us to market you more effectively, please provide us with the following tools:

  • High quality photo(s): Min 300 DPI. Prefer professional/studio standard images.
  • Testimonials from clients: Word doc format.
  • Repertoire/Song list: Word doc format.
  • Audio/Demo songs: MP3 format – no bigger than 2MB.
  • Video/Promo footage: MP4 or FLV format - no bigger than 4MB.
  • Line-up/instrument list: Word doc format (applies to bands only)
  • Biography/Description of act(s): Must have short description (2 lines) &long description (50 words)

Please note: If successful we cannot add your information to our website until we have reviewed your performance in person. Please advise our New Talent Coordinator of your next public performance so we can arrange for a BBC Entertainment representative to attend the venue/event.
