Dear Parent
Thank you for requesting information about Wyngarth Day Nursery
Wyngarth Day Nursery was borne out of the fact as a full time working mum of four young children and over fifteen year’s experience working with children and families. I was very clear on the sort of Nursery provision that I wanted for my own children. Unable to access a nursery that could accommodate these requirements I decided to open Wyngarth.
The day nursery is a lovely place to be with lots of planned activities great outdoor facilities and lots of hugs and ensure that we create a flexible and homely setting. The staff are nurturing gentle and responsive to the needs of the child.
Through establishing a strong relationship with parents, regular informal discussions and questionnaires we will continually monitor parents’ views on our provision. This enables us to ensure that we are providing the best possible standards. We understand that every child is different with his/her own developing view of the world, interests and abilities. We respect the many different forms of family life, social and cultural backgrounds that every child attending our nursery may come from.
I hope that you find this pack informative. Our manager will happily show you around and answer any questions that you may have.
Yours Sincerely
Victoria Neale Managing Director BA WithDist, PgDip

At Wyngarth we believe that children learn best through play. We provide a broad range of challenging and stimulating play activities both indoors and outdoors, that promote children’s overall development.
Our nursery curriculum is planned to take account of every child’s abilities, interest and special educational requirements in ways that most effectively meet their individual development and learning needs.
Staffing
At Wyngarth we provide care for children from our well educated staff, our staff vary from different levels of qualifications and experience. Every staff member is CRB or DBS checked and also required to attend staff meeting where ongoing training and information sharing takes place. We accept babies from the age of three months up to eleven years. We provide quality of care with our trained staff. No child will receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, colour, ethnic, or national origin, religious beliefs, disability, or the ability to pay.

Complaints
We at Wyngarth aim to provide a high quality, efficient and accessible service to parents and children. The way that we work is reviewed regularly. However, from time to time a parent or child may feel that they have a concern or complaint against some aspect of our service, or an individual member of staff. Usually it should be possible to resolve any problems as soon as they occur. If not, then you should follow the complaints procedure set out below. It should also be noted that complaints may require the involvements of other agencies for example, Social Services.
We have a full complaints procedure which is available upon request.
