Thank you for booking a stand at the Land Rover Owner International show at the East of England showground, Peterborough (PE2 6XE), on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8thSeptember.
All clubs need to send through a list of drivers’ names for the weekend. If you have a driver that can only make one day please state this. Please send through to
Tickets will need to be collected by each individual from our main Exhibitor entrance (Gate 3) from 12noon Friday until 2100hrs and again from 0700hrs – 0800hrs Saturday. In the envelopes will be 8 vehicle passes and 16 weekend wristbands unless extra tickets have been purchased.
It is the responsibility of the club organiser to get all details over to me before Friday 16th August. If the list has not been submitted by this date it will be assumed that you no longer require your club stand and it will be offered to a club on the waiting list.
If your club has arranged to have different club vehicles on the stand on different days then arrangements can be made through me. Any tickets that have already been issued will need to be returned to me at the gate when the vehicle is leaving ready to be issued to the next vehicle and occupants.
When all club members arrive on site they must follow internal signs, which will take them to Live Promotions Event Control. Once here they need to state the driver’s name and club name to obtain passes.
If you do not have the full allocation of vehicles on stand (eight), you must inform us so the space can be filled appropriately.
As you can imagine, demand for club stand space at the show is very high so it’s important we know exactly who is coming and that there aren’t any unexpected, and unsightly gaps. This also allows us to put on the best arrangement of club displays. It’s not fair to those clubs that we have to turn away, if there are no-shows on the weekend.
Of course, unavoidable changes can occur, but please do keep us in the loop with any changes as soon as you can.
Please note that all clubs need to be on site before 8am Saturday 7thto be processed and sited in good time of the show opening to the general public. Any members arriving after this time will be asked to park in the public car park and pay for entry. At 5.30pm you will then be able to make your way to your club stand.
If you need to purchase additional weekend personnel passes, this can be done at the gate. Adults £18.00 and Children (aged 7 – 15 years) £9.00.
