Every year, we support others through fundraising and charities. This year, we found it hard to decide what to take part in and what to put aside for the year. Because we feel that they are equally important, we will contribute to two organizations this year. Please don't feel obligated to support all two as we don't want to continually ask for donations. There may be one or two that you feel are more important so you have the choice.
Thanks for supporting!
FCC Drive Away Hunger Operation Christmas Child
Notes from the SCC:
The SCC will be supporting us through purchasing some physical education equipment for the school. There was a bit of money left over from the fantastic fundraising efforts last year.
We also discussed supporting our Math goal, and March 8th is set for a fun day of Math put on by the SCC. We look forward to that, and more activites that will engage our community in the students’ learning!
We look forward to the Yellowhead pizza and dry-soup delivery and thank everybody for supporting us through the fundraiser.
SARCAN in Rosetown will also be keeping a running total of recycling that you may drop off at anytime. If you want, just say it’s for D’Arcy Elementary School. Thanks for that!
Thank you to Marilyn Helgason for donating 10 % of proceeds from her fashion show!
Happy Thanksgiving!
