Horse and Rider Evaluation/Certification Check Off List Level 1

The purpose of this evaluation/certification check off list is to verify that the horse is basically trained and tractable, that the rider is basically competent and able to control and direct the horse as required. This is not intended to be the final measure of ability. Must be competent prior to equine Level 2 Certification. An ETMSAR Evaluator must observe horse and rider.
