Terms & Conditions for Sale
(1) The Auction will be conducted by Ashvin & Co. Under the instruction & at the sole risk of concerned owner.
(2) The concerned owner. reserves the right to withdraw any Lot without giving any reason at any time.
(3) Participating members shall have to submit offers in sealed envelop alongwith 5% or Rs. 5,00,000/- CMD up to 11.00 am on 15-09-2010 in office of AT 302, NAKSHATRA, 150 FEET RING ROAD RAJKOT. The Tenders will be opened by the NRS Management and the Auction will commence at 11.15 am on 15-09-2010, with the highest Tender offer as initial Starting Bid.
(4) Lots will be sold on “As is where is” on No complaint Basis. Neither the Concerned Owner Nor the Auctioneers do not give any guarantee or warrantee for the make, mfg., quality, grade, weight, measurement, conditions etc. of the goods. Bidders are advised to give their bids after proper inspections.
(5) The Concerned Owner., reserves the right to reject any or all the offers including the highest one without giving any reason.
(6) The successful Bidder whose Bid is accepted by the CONCERNED OWNER, shall have to deposit 10% EMD in Cash immediately failing which the 5% / Rs. 5,00,000 (Caution Money Deposit) shall be forfeiture & Bidder shall forfeit all his right in the goods for which he gave the Bid.
(7) Balance + any Govt. Taxes, Levies shall have to be paid within 20 working days.
(8) Delivery shall have to be completed in all within 40 days from the date of confirmation of the bid, or latest by 15-10-2010. whichever is earlier.
(9) All payments CMD/EMD shall have to be paid only by D.D / Pay Order favoring M/S. Ashvin & Co, Payable at Mumbai. The payment of Balance plus Vat shall have to be made in the name of concerned Owner payable at Rajkot. After realization of full sale price plus all Govt levies, the delivery will be affected to the purchaser by the Concerned Owner.
(10) Any other condition will be announce/displayed on site at the time of ‘e’ bidding.
