Africa Lead II is USAID’s capacity building program in Sub-Saharan Africa implemented by Development Alternative Inc. (DAI). Africa Lead II wishes to invite eligible and qualified firms to submit sealed applications for purposes of pre-qualifying suppliers of goods and services for the period 2015 – 2016 under the categories listed below. The list of suppliers may be extended for a further period of one year. Interestedapplicants are required to download, fill and submit the pre-qualification document available from our website at

EVALUATION CRITERIA
REQUIREMENT / MAXIMUM MARKSFirm’s Experience: Experience in similar assignments with corporate clients (Provide evidence of similar work done i.e.Copies of contracts, LPOs or letters of offer) 3 clients where services provided: / 40
Submission of all the mandatory documentation where appropriate :
- Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration
- Valid DUNS number (to register for DUNS Number follow this link Please insert your ID no in the field of primary SIC code). It takes 2 (two) days to have a DUNS Number sent to you to the email address you provided on registration. It is a less than five minutes process.
- A copy of a valid Single Business Permit from County Government
- A copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
- Duly completed Questionnaire Form (Must be signed by authorized official and rubber stamped/sealed
- Audited Accounts for the last three years
- Letters of recommendation from three (3) major clients
- Certificates from Affiliated Professional Bodies/Associations, where the nature of supply or service is applicable/specific to your line of business e.g. IATA, EMAK, MSK, KATO,KAHK,HRA
