Tender Notice: Cleaning of Amenities – Curry Merry Muster Festival

3rd – 5th August 2018 (Event Dates)

The following conditions are:

1.Two amenities blocks at Cloncurry Showgrounds used only for Friday 3rd August 2018.

2.The three (4) amenities blocks at Cloncurry Equestrian Centre a) Amenities within Camping grounds, south end b) Amenities behind Racecourse bar & food facilities c) Main Amenities Block between both arenas, d)The new amenities located in close proximity to storage shipping containers

3.The following are the days and times the amenities must be cleaned: *Between Monday 30th July 2018 and Friday 3rd Aug 2018 - Prior to 8am and after 4pm *Friday 3rd Aug 2018 (Cloncurry Showgrounds) Two hourly inspections from 7pm to 11pm with final clean conducted before 9am Saturday 4th August 2018. *Saturday 4th Aug 2018 - Prior to 6am and at 2 hourly inspections from 12pm to 2am *Sunday 5th Aug 2018 - Prior to 6am and at 2 hourly inspections from 8am to 8pm *Monday 6th Aug 2018 - Prior to 8am and after 4pm * Tuesday 7th Aug 2018 - Prior to 8am and after 4pm * Wednesday 8th Aug 2018 - Prior to 8am (Keys will be given to the tenderer by the Secretary on Monday 30th July 2018 and need to be returned by 10am Wednesday 8th August 2018)

4.Complete cleaning is to represent: *Disinfecting of all toilets including scrubbing out bowls *Cleaning of showering facilities *Hosing and mopping out of all floors *Placement of sufficient toilet tissue (supplied by committee) *Emptying of bins *Wiping over vanity tops *Generally cleaning of both male and female facilities

5.2 hourly interval inspections are to replace/replenish toilet tissue and empty bins.

6.The successful tender is NOT expected to clear blocked toilets/drains or repair plumbing problems if they were to arise, but must alert Secretary ASAP if an issue is identified.

7.All cleaning equipment, mops, buckets, chemicals and hoses are to be provided by the tenderer. All toilet tissue will be provided by CMMF Committee.

8.It is expected that the successful tender would either provide male and female cleaners, or have sufficient signage available for appropriate cleaning of opposite gender facilities.

9. The provision of Queensland Blue Cards for persons involved in this tender, though NOT prerequisite, would be looked upon favourably by the CMMF Committee.

10.Clubs/Organisations must provide with their tender documents, a certificate of currency of liability insurance, to be eligible for consideration of their tender. The successful tender will then need to supply a certificate that clearly states the organisations value of liability insurance and clear provision that your insurer will cover your provision of services at the 2018 Curry Merry Muster Festival.

11.The successful tenderer must have completed roster to committee by Wednesday 25th July 2018. Committee will issue precise number of ͞arm bands͟ for their community group/organisation. E.g. 2 people per shift (No additional bands will be provided, we keep our gate prices low for people who need to purchase arm bands)

All tenders are to be mailed via sealed envelopeto the Committee by 30th June 2018.
