NOTE: MINIMUM BILLING ASSURED IS 75,000 UNITS/ MONTH AVERAGE RECKONED ON QUARTERLY BASIS.

Minimum guaranteed SLA for Data & Voice should be 99.5%, which will be reckoned on quarterly basis.

14. PAYMENT PERIOD:

a)The successful tenderer has to claim monthly PRI charges in the first week of following month fromthe Call Centre service vendor.

b)The successful tenderer has to claim monthly Toll Free No.Call charges in the first week of the following month fromR.T.C. of Telangana State.

15. CERTIFICATION:

A)to pay all Taxes wherever applicable to the concerned authorities

B)to reimburse the amount to RTC in case RTC is required to pay any amount on our behalf or paid.
