Examplesofusesforwhichanoccupationlicencemaybeissued,subjecttoconditions,are:

•TablesandChairsforoutdoordining;

•Temporary fences and/or gardens within the road reservation;

•Displayofgoods.

Alicencewillbeissuedonlyifthesafeandconvenientmovementofpedestriansonthefootpathismaintained.

Aconditionofanyoccupationlicenceissued,isthatthelicenseeholdspublicliabilityinsuranceofnotlessthan$10million.EvidenceintheformofaCertificateofCurrencywillneedtobeprovidedtoCouncil.
