Abstract
The abstract shall be written in English. The text should be formatted using 12 point Times New Roman. Abbreviations must be defined at the first time they appear before being used in the text. The corresponding author shall be indicated with an asterisk *. The abstract shall give readers concise information about the content of the article and indicate the main results obtained and conclusions drawn. It shall be self-contained with no reference to figures, tables, equations or bibliographic references. The abstract must not exceed 200 words. The line spacing for abstract shall be 1.0.

Introduction
The full manuscript shall be written in English. The text shall be formatted using 12 point Times New Roman. We are only accepting the submission in the Microsoft word (.doc and .docx) format. Full paper must be submitted through on-line only to secretariat. A maximum of 7 pages are allowed for the manuscript. The line spacing for the entire manuscript shall be 1.0. Your document will be a camera ready manuscript to be published in A4 papers. No detailed design work will be undertaken by the conference organization as part of the production process. Edit your MS Word files prior to submission.
Your article has to be submitted as a MS Word files with all the figures embedded in the text. Do not include your figures in a separate file. The publication of the proceedings for ISGST 2017 requires that at least one of the authors register to the conference.
