TENDER NOTICE
The Director General, Directorate General of Human Resource Development invites sealed quotation i.e. 1) Technical Bids and 2) Financial Bids from interested parties for the supply and Installation of RO System 50 ltrs. Per hour at Bhai Vir Singh Sahitya Sadan, Gole Market as described below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The list is only tentative. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the actual quantity required.
2.Wherever required the supplier should be registered with Service Tax Department and should submit a copy of Service Tax Registration Certificate.
3.The successful supplier has to submit a Bank Guarantee for 1 year (one year), issued from the Nationalized Bank within 7 days on acceptance of tender. The bank Guarantee amount should be 5% of the accepted bid amount. The competent authority of the Directorate reserves the right to encash the Bank Guarantee in case the supplier fails to deliver the goods in time or fails to provide, the after sale service or the goods supplied is not satisfactory.
4.The items supplied should have reasonable guarantee/warranty period. The bidder should mention the warranty/guarantee period for free servicing and replacement of parts, product etc. Tenderer should have good track record of supplying these items to Government departments/PSUs/reputed Private Organizations and having past experience of dealing in these items.
5.The payment will be made only after receipts and successful installation, operation of the goods and furnishing of the mentioned Bank Guarantee.
6.The actual list of procurement of the goods will be given at the time of placing order.
