STANDING TASK FORCE/CIO REPORT
2.  Tech Master Plan update- implementation Taskforce
3.  Update of Measure J Technology Program / SIS – presentation at next board meeting
All people will be invited to July 11th open board meeting to be thanked.
Colleges in collaboration with district made a recommendation about what they felt would be the best solution.
Big force aligning project with business calendar
Big driver to have students be able to reset passwords themselves
All continuing students will be loaded and get email
New students will get email when register
ELAC can use their own student email system, but this district one is the official email system – when we get their application, we will give them their email.
Policy when email gets deactivated is two missed terms – students will get advanced notice that their email will be terminated at the end of their term. / Wendy will send an invitation to faculty to attend the Bond Steering Committee to discuss the importance of the fiberoptic cable project
4.  DTC Update / Will try two times a year to have a combined meeting May and October

NEW BUSINESS
8. Project Match email for participants / 50 participants – Jorge will look into the feasibility of assigning email addresses to Project Match participants but made no promises.
9. Out-of-state Student authentication for DE courses / How do we know which of our students are out of state and which of our faculty are out of state – then we need a list of which classes are DE
If new ACCJC rules – do we need to change employment applications? Will impact personnel
Need to know what triggers are by state – know per state, what cost is?
Committee will be: Don, Yasmin, Wendy, Linda, Suzanne, Eric, Pauletta, Albert (occasionally) / Yasmin – can pull out of state student data and have Maury compile info on which DE courses they are taking
Dr. Barrera – will look into HR to see how many out-of-state faculty we have
Verified that this is not a Brown Act committee – will continue to have minutes and agendas.
Discussed calendar for next year – No meetings in December since always cancel them because finals week. Will have ten meetings a year –
July will be discussion of committee self-evaluation
