After all entries have been received, venues will be decided on the basis of the number of teams and the travelling involved.
Teams can consist of Boys and/or Girls – ranked in order of merit.
Schools may enter no more than four teams.
FORMAT:
1.The successful school/s from each venue will play in a Grand Final on Friday 22nd May at 10am with venue TBA.
2.Schools may enter no more than four teams.
3. A team shall consist of 4 players ranked in order of merit and each player will play the corresponding number in the opposition side.
4.A match will consist of three 11 point (advantage) games, with 2 serves each alternating. (Both doubles and singles).
5.The competition will consist of one mixed grade.
SUPERVISION:
Each team musthave a supervisor who will be needed to umpire doubles matches while the players shall umpire the singles matches.
Table Tennis SA understands that your school will follow appropriate procedures for taking students on an excursion as set out by your school including the completion of relevant permission forms.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Centres will be supervised by Table Tennis SA Officials.
An email will be sent to participating schools with notification of all details including the venue. Medallions will be awarded to the winners on the finals day.

EVENT No. 1 – Boys AEVENT No. 2 – Girls A
For players who have had experience in organised club or association competition or attend
regular coaching sessions.
EVENT No. 3 – Boys BEVENT No. 4 – Girls B
For players who have competed in school competitions only.
EVENT No. 5 – Boys CEVENT No 6 – Girls C
First year players only.
These events are open to any boy or girl currently attending primary school in SA and the entry form will need the authorisation of the sports coordinator.
EVENT NO. 3 WILL COMMENCE AT 10 AM ON SUNDAY 26th July 2015
Event starting time for other events will be advised.
ENTRY FEE: $10.00 (no GST payable) EACH payable before play on the day
MATCH RULES:
1.All matches will be played in round robin groups to ensure entrants play at least 4 matches.
2.Playing times will be notified so players are not required to wait around for matches.
3.Unauthorised coaches and parents will not be permitted to become involved in matches.
4.COMPETITORS ARE TO BE DRESSED CORRECTLY – School Sports Uniform (unless white) and sneakers must be worn.
NO WHITE SHIRTS or WITH LARGE PICTURES ON THE FRONT
5.Matches will be played best of 3 games to 11 advantage with 2 serves/ players alternating until score is 10 all if not won before that.
6.Players will be required to umpire.
7.Winners of each event will receive a trophy or medal.
