Reteach/ Retest Procedure
Reteach as needed through tutoring. Students may retake any classroom test that they fail, provided they first attend a tutoring session. Maximum retake grade is 70.
Note: If a student fails a quiz, but passes the subsequent test, then the quiz score can be raised to a 70% if the student turns in the corrected quiz.
Grade Repair
Students will have the opportunity to receive instruction to recover any 6 weeks grade that is below a 75. This intervention plan may include students attending after school Grade Repair or Grade Repair during the school day. The highest grade a student can earn is a 75. This grade will replace the previous six weeks grade for that particular course. Students enrolled in Pre-AP courses may enroll in Grade Repair to receive Pre-AP credit, but will need to complete 100% of the course.
