Favorite Foods:
· Food Allergies, intolerances or dislikes? I am lactose intolerant so no dairy for me please! I love to eat healthy but I do splurge sometimes! When I do, it is on salty snack foods or dark chocolate.
· Coffee, Tea or Other Beverage: I love tea (hot or iced, unsweetened) and carbonated water like La Croix, Perrier, or other unsweetened drink with bubbles!
· Snacks: I am obsessed popcorn – salty, not sweet -, vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, snap peas) fruits (like McIntosh apples, strawberries, bananas, grapes), rice cakes, and if I’m treating myself, Goldfish, Jelly Bellies, or gummy candy.
· Restaurants: I love to go out to dinner or pick up lunch when I am at school! For dinner I enjoy The Rio, La Sandia, sushi, or spots with good salads. For lunch nearby I like Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Jimmy John’s, Panera, Noodles and Company, and Qdoba.
Hobbies and Interests:
I love being with my family and friends, my husband, and our dog, and being outdoors as much as I can. I practice yoga (and am also a yoga instructor) I enjoy exercise classes like Pilates and Barre, and I love to cook! Of course, I am an avid reader too.

§ Free time activities: Reading - nonfiction, cooking, yoga, exercising
§ Miscellaneous favorites: Picture Books, Flowers, Magazines (Cooking Light, Home and Garden, People) Essential Oils, Lip Balm, Lotion (any scent except orange)
§ Flowers: Peonies and hydrangeas are my favorites but I love them all!
