Provide individual, family, and group counseling with private practice clients and

clients struggling with alcohol and substance dependence in outpatient treatment.

Complete biopsychosocial assessments and prepare master treatment plans and master

problem lists in conjunction with clients. Collaborate with probation and parole for

clients who are mandated for treatment. Attend weekly staff meetings.

Supervise master’s level intern. Doctoral counseling practicum was completed at this

site for 150 clock hours during the summer 2006.

Conducted literature review searches, entered SPSS data, and collaborated with

instructor regarding potential research techniques. Assisted in research project

regarding the experiences of biracial children and development.

in communicating with parents and teachers regarding the students and their progress.

Observed the school counselor facilitate play therapy with students. Became familiar

with the roles and functions of a counselor within the school system.

Completed biopsychosocial assessments to determine criteria of care and facilitated
