Teacher and General User Login Instructions for the iVision’s Portal
(Not to be used for Principals, Secretaries, Administrative Staff)
After opening an Internet Explorer or Firefox browsing window, type in the iVisions address in your browser address area
(http://visions.lcps.k12.nm.us) and press the enter key.
Click on the Register button.
Enter your User Name (LCPS email name), First Name, Last Name, Display Name, LCPS full email address, and select a password of your choice.
When finished, click on the Register button at the bottom of the screen.
An email will be sent to your email address. This email will contain a verification code.
Once you receive the email, come back to the Visions
Home screen and click on the Login button.
Enter the User Name you selected (your LCPS email name) and enter the password you selected. Click on the Login button.
Enter your User Name (one more time), the verification code that was emailed to you, and the password that you chose.
The first time you login to the Vision’s Portal, you will need to link to your employee information. This will only need to be done once.
You will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number, your zip code, and your date of birth. Please note the format on
the Date of Birth field. Once you have filled out the required information (denoted by the red arrows), please click on the Register button.
If the system finds your information, it will ask you to confirm the information by clicking on the Link button. If it doesn’t find your information
it probably means you have an old address on file in the Human Resource Department.
You are now an authorized portal user. Congratulations! You will now be able to view your pay stub, update your emergency contact information,
