Dear Secretary/Team Manager

We would like to invite you to the Milton Keynes City FC Annual 6 aside tournament on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June 2017

After running a tournament last year for the first time in a couple of years we are looking to build on its success. We have slightly changed the format for 2017 and hope you will join us for our annual 6-a-side tournament. As you know from last year we have a competition at nearly every age group and this year is no different with age groups from Under 7’s to Under 16’s. We are also looking to run a Ladies section this year.

Registration for the morning sessions will be 8.30am with games starting approx. 9am.

Registration for afternoon session will be 1.30pm with games starting at 2pm

The under 7’s, under 8’s and under 9’s will be run as non-competitive with each player receiving a memento. All other age groups will play 6 aside competition rules (maximum of 10 players per team).Teams will in groups of 6 teams and therefore a minimum of five games in either the morning or afternoon. Qualified Referees will control all matches.

There will be refreshments and various side stalls throughout the weekend and also just a reminder that local attractions are Bletchley Park (Home of the Code Breakers) and Central Milton Keynes Shopping Centre if you are coming from a far and wish to make a day of it.

Confirmation and further details will be sent to you when entries are closed. The organisers do reserve the right to refuse applications. Also we operate a strict policy that Boys or Girls that are a part of FA centre of Excellence are not permitted to play in the tournament.

So that you are not disappointed we urge you to return your entries as soon as possible as we expect a lot of the places to be filled before the closing date.
