From November 2006 to December 2009: Worked with Tomoe Engineering Co., Ltd, where I belonged to Legal Affairs Section, General Affairs Division as staff translator/interpreter, (The company is a manufacturer of centrifuges as well as a specialized trading company of chemical products).
From November 2003 to October 2005:Worked with the Kuroda Law/Patent Offices,where I translated legal materials such as contracts, complaints, answers, written evidence, decisions as well as patent and trademark-related materials including patent specifications as a staff translator.
From September 2000 to June 2001:Worked for Morrison & Foerster LLP, one of the largest international law firms in Tokyo,as a staff translator.
In 1998, I worked withHilti Japan, a Liechtenstein-based construction machinery company on contractbasis. I was involved in the company’s Oracle-based in-house system development and translated analysis reports, training manuals for accounts receivablesand tool repair application subsystems.
I have worked as an interpreter forNISSAN Motor Co. Ltd. several times when the engineers and technicians from Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) visited Japan for technical and buy-off meetings, plant visit, or training.
