Conditions Upon Submitting a Request for Pricing:
By submitting this Request for Pricing to Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd for their review, the Shipper has agreed to the following conditions:
a) The Shipper’s Request for Pricing must be completed in full. Any incomplete Request for Pricing may not be considered by Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd;
b) Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any incomplete Request for Pricing;
c) The Shipper warrants that they have taken all due care to complete this Request for Pricing and the information provided is accurate and complete. The Shipper acknowledges that Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd may withdraw, amend or withhold its pricing offer if it is identified that any information is, or is likely to be, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading;
d) The Shipper warrants that they have, or can obtain, the required licenses and approvals to transport and deliver natural gas on and from the Tasmanian Gas Pipeline;
e) The Shipper acknowledges that Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd will make every effort, but may not be able, to provide a Pricing Offer within three (3) months of receipt of a complete Request for Pricing;
f) The Shipper acknowledges that the person whose name and details set out in this Request for Pricing may be contacted in order to answer any queries which may arise during the pricing evaluation; and
g) Any Pricing Offer provided by Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd will be valid for a forty five (45) day period, unless otherwise stated in the Pricing Offer. Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd may impose reasonable conditions on any Pricing Offer. If the Pricing Offer is not accepted within the 45 day period or if the Shipper has breached any condition of the Pricing Offer, pricing may be subject to change and Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd may require the Shipper to submit a new Request for Pricing.
