Task Order Advisory Statement to Account for Migration Schedule Contractors

NOTICE: During this time of transition to one professional services schedule, GSA offers the following suggested language that Federal agencies can use in any RFQ that will result in a Task Order (the example shown is for a MOBIS requirement):

If your company is affected by the GSA migration process due to the implementation of the Professional Services Schedule, please note that in your response to the RFQ, also note the status of your migration (working on submittal, submitted, awarded). If your contracts have already been migrated, you shall use the 00CORP contract in your response to the RFQ and the corresponding 00CORP MOBIS SINs (identified with an alpha "C"). If your 00CORP contract is awarded during the evaluation phase of this RFQ , you shall notify the Ordering Agency Contracting Officer with the new contract number which will replace the initial contract number referenced in your response to the RFQ. This notification and replacement is a term and condition of this RFQ and thus will NOT constitute a revised quote nor an opportunity to revise your quote as only the referenced FSS contract number will be changed by the notification. Task Orders issued against a Schedule contract prior to the award of the migration shall be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Clause 52.216-22 INDEFINITE QUANTITY OCT 1995 (DEVIATION I—JAN 1994), paragraph *(d) unless terminated by the ordering activity. *Note: Paragraph (d) reads as follows: Any order issued during the effective period of this contract and not completed within that period shall be completed by the Contractor within the time specified in the order. The contract shall govern the Contractor's and Government's rights and obligations with respect to that order to the same extent as if the order were completed during the contract's effective period.
