About the role

You will be part of a team of eightstaff members delivering Talent Match Humber, a high profile £5.2m Big Lottery funded project aimed at unemployed young people with complex needs aged between 18 and 24.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities for the role are:

To carry out periodic evaluation of co-production methods and learner experiences within Talent Match provision across the Humber Region. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage and work alongside young people to ensure the provision is meeting the needs of its learners and the project.

Provide support to the Development and Youth Support Officers in event and project planning and delivery.

Perform periodic mapping activities to ensure the HLC and its delivery providers have up to date information on local services and provision for our learners.

To perform administration tasks in line with Talent Match requirements

The role will be based in Hull and the successful candidate will be required to work across the Humber Region.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

About the person:

To be considered for this exciting role you must have a passionate belief in the potential of young people. You will clearly demonstrates a strong empathy for, and understanding of the issues facing our target groups.

You will have an understanding of co-production and the benefits of this approach. The right person will have ability to engage and work alongside young people in a collaborative and productive manor.

You will have good organisational skills and time management skills.

A basic understanding of safeguarding procedures is required for this role.
