BUYER REPRESENTATION TO ASSIST IN THE PURCHASE OF YOUR NEW HOME: It is only natural that you would prefer Buyer Representation if you are buying. Working with one agent is ideal if you are Buying and Selling.
PROFESSIONAL ADVISE: Expert home pricing and skilled negotiation strategies will be advised to you throughout the transaction. You will be kept up to date on the state of the market, the sale of similar properties and any other factors, which may affect the progress of the sale.
DAILY EMAIL SERVICE: Can be provided to keep you abreast of any new homes that you will be competing with on the market. This will also be key if you are also in the market to purchase a home!
FOR SALE BY OWNER PROPERTIES: If you are interested in a property that is listed by owner simply let us know and we will contact the homeowner regarding any information you may need. Normally our service fee is still paid by the Seller.

OPEN HOUSES: If you view a property at an open house unplanned, let the realtor know that you are working with us. If there is any interest in purchasing the home we will contact the listing agent with any questions you have regarding the property. If you are planning on attending, let us know and we will arrange to do the showing with you.
OFFERS: All offers will be presented with time of the essence. We will thoroughly review each offer with you, answer all questions and assist with the negotiations always with your best interests at heart.
HOME INSPECTIONS: We will personally attend the home inspection with you to answer any questions you may have.
PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT: Will be reviewed by our office and/or with your attorney if you choose to do so.
CLOSING COORDINATION: Schedules will be coordinated and confirmed to ensure a smooth closing day for all parties involved.
