BRIEFING & INTRODUCTION

LATENESS & ABSENCE

  • If you are running late, even by 15minutes, whether it is due to oversleeping, travel conditions, family emergencies, you must inform Mansion Recruitment Ltd immediately. We will then contact the client to let them know why you are running late.
  • If you are unwell you must inform Mansion Recruitment Ltd as early as possible to enable us to cover your shift and inform site.
  • If you do not attend the shift you are allocated, unless it is an emergency you will be given a warning. If this occurs a second time your employment will be terminated, as you are preventing others from working.

YOU THE EMPLOYEE

  • Whatever contract you are placed on or client you visit please remember that you are representing Mansion Recruitment Ltd and be courteous and polite at all times.
  • You are expected to report for work with full protective clothing and either CSCS/CPCS or any other qualification/Certificate etc. on your first day to produce to the Site Manager.

DO’S AND DON’T’S WHILST ON SITE

DO ensure that you complete a full induction when starting work on a site for the first time.

DO work in line with the clients Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.

DO attend any on site Health & Safety meetings, (as appropriate).

DO ensure that you only operate plant and equipment on which you have been trained and tested to operate under the CPCS scheme.

DO ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported immediately and ensure that all relevant documentation is completed.

DO follow any internal rules regarding such things as smoking, drugs and alcohol.

DON’T contravene the Health & Safety policies and procedures of the client you are working for.

DON’T operate plant and equipment for which you have not been trained and tested on.

DON’T use or operate any plant and equipment you consider to be unsafe and/or defective.

DON’T engage in horseplay or practical jokes at any time whilst on site.

DON’T take any risks at any time whilst on site.

DON’T carry out any task unless it is safe to do so.

DON’T leave site until you are instructed to do so.
