June 17: Body Flow

Controlled breathing and a series of carefully organized stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Body Flow improves flexibility and range of motion, increases core strength, reduces stress levels and provides a lasting sense of well-being and calm.

June 24: Drums Alive

Drums Alive! combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythm of the drums. This is a workout for the entire body, mind and spirit! Feel and experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussions of this new high-energy dance and rhythm program.

July 1: Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body, motivating you to get fit and have fun. This 45 minute intro is a great express workout that will also prepare you to take on the entire one hour program.

July 8: BOSU

Done on an inflated rubber dome, this classintegrates functional core and balance training. Combine cardio intervals with balance and strength training.

July 15 – Yoga

A wonderful way to energize your afternoon and leave you feeling refreshed for the rest of the day. Learn and master yoga poses and techniques to gain strength, balance and flexibility.

July 22 - Boot Camp

An intense, body rocking class that will push your mind and body to a whole new fitness level! Bring on the heat with sports-based cardio, agility and body resistance training. This class will bring out the athlete in you.


July 29 - Drums Alive

August 5 - On the Ball

Work your core and other major muscle groups in this total body workout that will focus on strength, balance, and stability all using the stability ball.

August 12 – Pilates

A mat class involving stretches and breathing that focus on strengthening the abdominal core. Suitable for all fitness levels.

August 19 - Boot Camp

August 26 - Zumba
