Your Hunt is scheduled for MONTH,DATE TO DATE, YEAR. Please plan to arrive the day before, anddepart the day after. This is aX-day wilderness rifle hunt. __This is a two hunter to one guide hunt, or _ one hunter to one guide hunt.
Name of Outfitter Provides: LIST ALL THE THINGS INCLUDED, FOR EXAMPLE:Guides, cook, all meals while on hunt, livestock and tack including rifle scabbard and saddlebags. Main camps are fully equipped including: wall tents, sleeping platforms or cots, foam pads, wood burning stove, mess tent. Spike camps are fully equipped with smaller tents, pads, heaters and backcountry cooking gear. Guide duties include field dressing, capping, and transportation of head and hide to local taxidermist and meat to local processor, and cooking in spike camps
Hunter Provides: SPECIFY WHAT YOU EXPECT HUNTER TO PROVIDE, FOR EXAMPLE:Personal gear (see suggested equipment list), rifle or bow, ammunition, license and tags, gratuities, airfare, transportation to and from hunt, lodging and meals before and after hunt. Liquor in moderation is allowed. None will be furnished.
License Fees: Licenses are to be obtained directly from the State of Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks. The cost of the license and tags are not included in the price of the hunt. No refunds of fees will made by either NAME OF OUTTFITTER or the State of Montana should you not be successful.
Taxidermy, Meat Processing and Shipping: These items are the responsibility of the hunter, but we will be glad to assist and can make recommendations.
Arrival: LIST THE SPECIFIC DETAILS OF ARRIVAL HERE INCLUDING WHAT IS INCLUDED AND NOT, FOR EXAMPLE:You must plan to be in camp at 8:00 am the day of your hunt. Lodging the evening before and meals are included in the price of your hunt. Transportation to camp is the hunter’s responsibility, the cost of which is not included in the price of the hunt. NAME OF OUTTFITTER can provide transportation before and after your hunt for a charge. See attached for details.
Departure: LIST THE SPECIFIC DETAILS OF DEPARTURE HERE INCLUDING WHAT IS INCLUDED AND NOT, FOR EXAMPLE:You must plan to leave camp on the last day of your hunt. Lodging the evening prior to of the last day and mealsare included in the price of your hunt. Transportation from camp is the hunter’s responsibility, the cost of which is not included in the price of the hunt. NAME OF OUTTFITTER can provide transportation after your hunt for a charge. See attached for details.
Payment and Additional Information: LIST THE SPECIFIC PAYMENT DETAILS HERE, WHATEVER YOUR POLICY DICTATES, FOR EXAMPLE:A deposit of $XXXwas collected when you booked, and another $X,XXX is due when you sign and return this contract. Both of these deposits are non-refundable. The balance plus any other charges is due upon arrival. There are no guarantees for a fair-chase hunt, and NAME OF OUTTFITTER will not refund your hunt cost should you be unsuccessful. NAME OF OUTTFITTER does not have control of the weather conditions, your personal emergencies or other unforeseen incidents.
Terms and Conditions: Both NAME OF OUTTFITTER and the hunter will obey all Montana and Federal hunting laws, rules and regulations. The above hunt is a fair-chase hunt and in NO WAY does NAME OF OUTTFITTER guarantee the taking of game animals. Hunter acknowledges that there is a risk that they may not even see an animal due to unforeseen circumstances.NAME OF OUTTFITTER will provide the gear and equipment listed above in good working condition. NAME OF OUTTFITTER expects the hunter to use care with equipment and stock. The hunter must respect NAME OF OUTTFITTER’s judgment concerning safety at all times, and NAME OF OUTTFITTER reserves the right to stop the hunt at any time that they feel that natural occurances or the hunter is a danger to other members of the hunting party or himself. It is the responsibility of the hunter to be in good physical condition and to notify NAME OF OUTTFITTER of any medical or dietary needs in advance. Remember you will be in an area where medical help is not easily accessible.
This agreement supersedes all other communications both written and oral. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE STATEMENTS ABOVE IN THIS CONTRACT.

* Hunter Defense Fund is a fee collected of all outfitted clients of Outfitter members of the Montana Outfitter & Guides Association for the purposes of defending nonresident hunting rights in the state of Montana.
