Supporting documents must be clearly entitled and numbered as per the checklist below.

Application form / All sections of the application form have been filled in, where appropriate, in accordance with the guidelines for applicants and the guidance provided in the form
Supporting document n°1 / A scanned copy of the Declaration of Honour in Annex 3.1.1 has been filled in, dated and signed, and attached to the application.
Supporting document(s) n°2 (to be numbered 2.1, 2.2, …) / Documents aimed at demonstrating the compliance with the eligibility criteria have been attached to the application:

- extract from the official journal, copy of articles of association, extract of association register or any other relevant supporting document.
