* +: presence of target band, -: absence of target band, I: TYLCV-IL group-I, I-v: TYLCV-IL group-I variant, II: TYLCV-IL group-II. The predicted PCR-RFLP patterns were obtained from the nt sequences of known TYLCV isolates by in silico restriction enzyme analysis using NEBcutter V2.0 software. All TYLCV-IL group-I isolates have a genome length of 2781 bp, while TYLCV-IL group-II isolates have various genome lengths (2752 bp, 2774 bp, 2781 bp, 2784 bp, 2787 bp). Digestion pattern of another TYLCV strain genomes (TYLCV-IR and -Mld) are predicted to be like as those of TYLCV-IL group-II isolates. Genomes of the TYLCV-IL group-I isolates are predicted to be cleaved into two fragments (1076 bp, 1705 bp). Similarly, digestion pattern of the other TYLCV strain genomes (TYLCV-Gezira and -Oman) are predicted to be same as those of TYLCV-IL group-I isolates. All the tested members of TYLCV-IL were divided into either group-I or group-II by digestion with EcoRV + BglII, except TYLCV-IL[KR:Jeju] genome that was predicted to be cleaved into three fragments (662 bp, 1043 bp, 1076 bp).
