Specific primers used for real-time RT-PCR. Primers were designed to amplify PCR products from 90 to 120 bp, a Tm around 62°C, and not to give any other unspecific match when blasted on the C. canephora EST unigene set. PCR efficiencies estimated for each primer pairs from the LinReg software (Ramakers et al. 2003) are indicated.
