Supplement 1 microheterogeneous pairs of shrimp tropomyosins
The list of microheterogeneous sequences (regardless organism and differences in N- and C-termini) within 13 shrimp tropomyosin sequences. The residues affected by TM sequence microheterogeneity are indicated, along with their involvement into known epitopic regions (Ayuso R, 2002) and the substitution-induced changes in intrinsic disorder propensity (the substitutions with changes are shown in bold) and in free energy of protein denaturation, ΔΔG (the substitutions with absolute value of ΔΔG above 0.5 kcal/mol are shown in bold)and the changes in classification of amino acid(the substitutions with classification of amino acid changed are shown underlined ). The estimates of intrinsic disorder changes are based on the scale of order-promoting abilities of residues described by Radivojac et al (P. Radivojac, 2007), for details of the estimates discribed, refer to ‘Material and methods’chapter. Moreover, A TM sequences are allergens referent to the WHO/IUIS Allergen Nomenclature Sub-committee.
