How to Apply

The Application Form for the Summer School on Transitional Justice is enclosed. The closing date for receipt of completed registration forms is 17 February 2017.You will be notified within three weeks of the closing date if your application has been successful. Full payment must be made for the Summer School no later than7 April 2017 in order to guarantee your place.

Fees

Reflecting differences in financial situation, fees for the summer school are broken into two categories. The fee for large organisations such as Universities, Government departments or intergovernmental organisations is £700. For smaller organisations, or self-funding individuals it is £550. The course fee includes all course materials, lunch, social events and the Summer School welcome event and closing dinner.

There is an additional fee of £150 for those requiring accommodation. This covers 6 nights accommodation, ensuite room (with towels and bedlinen) from Sunday 11 June to Saturday 17 June 2017.

Cancellation policy

Provided a written cancellation is received before 12 May 2017, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.

Conditions of registration:

Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organizing committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above.

Visas for non EU citizens

Those participants who require a visaare expected tofind out themselves how long it takes to obtain one. It is advisable to begin the process of seeking a visa as soon as possible.
