CONTACT:/NOTES: You can expect the Youth Fellow to work an 8-hour work day. The Youth Fellow should get an in-depth glimpse of your organization–what it does, who does it, and how they do it. The Youth Fellow should also receive a substantive work project(s), by which you hold them responsible for tangible results that will benefit to your organization. We ask internship hosts to contribute a small amount to CORO to offset the costs of running the program and paying each Youth Fellow a stipend (but the fee is negotiable so let’s talk).

Work alongside Zaccho Youth Company and perfect your acrobatic skills! This class helps you build strength and coordination, and will take your acrobatic technique to the next level. Youth Aerial with Sandia Sexton: This class is designed for youth with previous experience in aerial dance. On low flying apparatus, students will explore movement techniques that help to build their confidence in the air. This class incorporates strength, flexibility and a good ole' time hanging upside down! Ally interns have the opportunity to work for 12 weeks at one of many different businesses in San Francisco, after completing a 3-week program orientation. Heron's Head Park offers a wonderful opportunity to learn about the historic Hunter's Point neighborhood and its diverse open space. Invasive Species Removal, Mulch Application, Watering and Planting. Come prepared with sturdy, close-toed shoes, sunscreen, a light snack and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Volunteers age 14-17 must have a signed parent's waiver; participants 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Twenty (20) volunteers’ maximum for individual signups.
