Thank you for your interest in the Saint Agnes Summer Camp Program. This year, camp will consist of five one-week mini sessions beginning June 20, 2016 and ending on July 22, 2016. Camp activities will include: Sports, crafts, wacky science experiments, cooking and field trips!Camp is open to rising first graders through rising eighth graders. Separate camps are available to rising PK and K.

Camp hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 3pm. The cost is $250.00 per week, if registered prior to March 30th. After March 30th, each camper will be charged an additional $50.00 per camp. All campers and extended day will meet and be picked up in the school gym. Campers are to bring a bag lunch, water bottle, and drink each day. Classes will be held in air-conditioned classrooms when appropriate. Parents are also asked to apply sunscreen daily to the campers.

Extended Day is offered from 7:30am to 10:00am and from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at an additional cost. AM: $70 per weekPM: $80 per week. There is no drop-in policy during summer camp. Campers not picked up by 3:15 and not registered for extended day will be charged $1.00 per minute, the same rule applies to campers picked after 6:00pm.

Registration

1. Registration forms and a non-refundable fee of $50 per family must be received no later than March 30th. Campers will be enrolled on a first received basis.

2. Confirmation letters with invoices will be sent out in April.

3. Following receipt of confirmation, the full camp tuition is due by May 15th. Please contact Mrs. Carr if a payment schedule is needed.

Campers will be divided into teams by grade. Each team will participate in approximately 4 sessions daily, with different instructors. The sessions will consist of: sports, crafts, wacky science experiments and cooking. Field trips will include the entire camp and will be scheduled where appropriate.
